A cast of colorful characters took over Main Street on Sunday afternoon as Newark held its annual Halloween parade. The event, which has been held for more than 70 years, drew thousands of spectators and dozens of marching groups. Following the parade, kids had the opportunity to trick-or-treat at Main Street businesses.
